Building Maintenance
The comprehensive range of services offered by Calber Facilities Management as part of its building service, covers all aspects of day-to-day maintenance involved with the ongoing operation of our clients' premises. Services include painting and decoration, installation of shelving fixtures and fittings, a full locksmith service, supply advice and installation of carpets, vinyl and all floor coverings, glazing and tiling for walls and floors, unblocking of drains and pipes and drain surveys.
Project Management
Building projects such as office, kitchen or washroom refurbishment are undertaken with care and full consultation with our clients by our project managers - from the initial concept through to the provision of plans, drawings and liaision with local planning authorities.
Office Refurbishment
The full or partial refurbishment of office areas can be undertaken, from the clearing of existing office areas and services through to the planning, drawing, design and installation of new services, space planning, partitioning and suspended ceilings, along with the provision of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
