Decorating
We provide a full range of wallpapers, panels, coverings and paints off- the-shelf or mixed to suit your requirements. Wallpapering, painting and coving are all part of our decorating service.
Plumbing
As part of our Property Service division, Calber can provide a rapid response to all aspects of plumbing required in the workplace. Supplies of all pipes, fittings, radiators, taps and sanitary ware combined with a full de-scale service to keep traps, pipes and drains blockage free and water management, testing and softeners are also part of the service.
Mechanical & Electrical
Calber offers a full maintenance service to cover plant rooms, lifts, emergency lighting, air handling, lightning protection, electrical installations, together with PAT testing, maintenance of kitchen equipment, fire alarms, control panels and security systems. All operatives complete on-site logs to record visits and the work service carried out. All work and documentation complies with relevant legislation, copies of which are left on-site for our client's inspection.
