The Property Services division of Calber Facilities Management can offer a full range of facility and building services both to refurbish and maintain all the functions and fabric of a modern office building.
We can assist our clients with larger management projects such as office, washroom and kitchen refurbishments or external developments with drawings and plans incorporated as part of the service. A comprehensive planned maintenance package can also be provided to incorporate mechanical and electrical services, maintenance of fire extinguishers, alarms, security access and control panels.
For day-to-day running repairs, general maintenance and emergency call-outs, our help desk will assist clients with the allocation, overall control and monitoring of the work service required.
